General characteristics

Our efficient flapping wing packaging is made of aluminium fins with special profiles and copper tubes with high-quality 9.52mm inner grooves. The heat exchanger is supplied clean inside the pipeline and tested at a pressure of 30 bar.

Shell

From aluminiium coated in white to electrostatic powder, it has high corrosion resistance and impact resistance. It does not produce toxic waste.

Fan

All fans are equipped with high safety standard motors and are adapted to the casing through an anti vibration system.

Defrosting system

Equipped with Zoppas stainless steel heater.

Electrical installation and parts

Grounding connection, installed in the junction box, with access holes for installing sealing systems. All materials have been carefully selected to ensure their long-term reliability

Defrosting system

Provided by a stainless steel resistor, the sheath is located in an aluminium tube on the tapping packaging and drainage tray. It helps to extract and replace resistance in the very small space between the evaporator and the chamber wall.

Fan

The fans used at 500mm, 550mm, 630mm, and 800mm (depending on the model) are equipped with an external rotor three-phase motor, and the IP-54 operates at the corresponding temperature of -40 º C/+40 º C. All evaporators are equipped with a series connection electrical box.

Defrosting system

Provided by a stainless steel resistor, which is housed in an aluminium tube and is located on the tapped packaging and drainage plate. They are connected in series and are optional in the 4mm series. Their terminals are vulcanized on the tubes to avoid moisture issues, and they are strategically located in the evaporator to achieve uniform defrosting
